The pulley kit R04JOL-40 is the original NOVELLINI spare part for bath panels and shower enclosures of the Jolly Bath and Aurora 7 series in silver finish. The package includes 2 pulleys + 2 complete brackets to restore panel sliding, eliminating squeaks and movement difficulties. The 40 mm size is designed for larger door panels compared to the -30 version.

How to Install / When to Replace

Replace when the panel slides with difficulty, makes noise or the pulleys are visibly worn/broken. Remove the panel from the upper guide, extract the old pulleys, mount the new kit in the seats and reassemble the panel. Check sliding along the entire rail length before considering the operation complete.
